This policy explains how the Yatzy 123 app for iPhone, iPad and Android ("the app") handles information. The app is made by Bernikins ("we", "us").
Information we collect
None. The app does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information or usage data. In particular:
- There are no accounts, sign-ups or logins.
- There are no ads, and no advertising or analytics tools.
- There is no tracking across apps or websites.
- The app doesn't ask for access to your contacts, location, photos, camera, microphone or any other personal data.
- The app doesn't connect to the internet. It plays completely offline.
Information stored on your device
To remember your games, the app saves a few things only on your own device:
- Game statistics and records, such as high scores, wins and streaks
- The player names and colors you last used
- Your settings, such as the difficulty you chose and whether sound is muted
This information never leaves your device and is never sent to us or anyone else. If your phone or tablet backs up app data (for example to iCloud or Google), that backup is handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies, not by us. Deleting the app deletes this information.
App stores
You download Yatzy 123 from the Apple App Store or Google Play, which handle downloads under their own privacy policies. They may give us anonymous, aggregated statistics, such as how many times the app was installed, and crash reports from people who chose to share them with developers. This information doesn't identify you.
Children
Yatzy 123 is suitable for players of all ages. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children, including children under 13.
Your choices and rights
We don't hold any personal information about you, so there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. We do not sell or share personal information. To remove everything the app has saved, delete the app. On Android you can also clear the app's storage in your device settings.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
